Here is Crystal, my first cloth art fairy doll I’ve ever made.
She is tall at 36 inches, and I adapted a pattern I bought from Etsy from NilaDolss.
As it didn’t have any instructions with it ( as I had no idea what I was doing), I did a lot of research and watched a lot of tutorials and in the end changed the pattern quite a bit. I also wired her body, ears, arms and legs ( I do have progress pics if anyone is interested), and designed and printed, then drew her face.
I also designed and made her removable wings, and made her outfit, crown, and wand.
Then I thought, in for a penny, in for a pound and made four more dolls with her at the same time,( but I’ll post them another time).
Thank you for looking.😊
I also have some videos in my process to see here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0DHh93V1hGc0gKrSSrYUzhrRrZdFcJBp&si=pLbpBGsmgCfH1oz2
